Our Enrollment Process

Inquire & Tour
The first step is to learn more about us. We invite you to schedule a personal tour of our campus to see our community in action. Fill out the form on this page to get started!

Apply Online
Complete our secure online application and submit the required documents, including previous school records and recommendation forms. A non-refundable application fee is required.
New Student Enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year begins on Monday, February 9th at 8am.

Family Interview & Assessment
We schedule a family interview to get to know you better and answer your questions. Prospective students may also complete a grade-level assessment to ensure proper placement.

Admission Decision
The admissions committee prayerfully reviews each application. Families are notified of the admission decision via email. Upon acceptance, you'll receive an enrollment packet to finalize your registration.
Tuition & Fees
We strive to make Christian education affordable. We offer various payment plans and work diligently to keep tuition costs as low as possible. For a detailed schedule of tuition and fees for the upcoming school year, please contact our admissions office or download our tuition schedule.
Scholarship & Tuition Assistance
We believe financial circumstances should not prevent families from choosing a Christian education. Several tuition assistance programs are available to qualifying families.
NC Opportunity Scholarship Program
~$3,000-$7,000/yearState-funded scholarship program for eligible North Carolina families. Income-based eligibility requirements apply.

$9,000-$17,000/yearFlexible education savings accounts for qualifying students. Higher amounts available for students with special needs or other qualifying circumstances.

Varies by needInternal tuition assistance for qualifying K-12 students based on income, specific family needs, and availability of funding. Application deadline is May 1st, with determinations made in June.

Release Forms for New/Home School Students
Forms must be printed off, filled out and turned into the school office by the first day of attendance.
PK students release forms are separate in a preschool packet that you can get from our preschool director/school office.
