Official transcripts can be requested by current students, parents/guardians, or alumni. Please download and complete the appropriate form below, then submit it to our main office.

Complete the Form
Fill out all required information including student name, graduation year, and destination for the transcript.
Submit to the Office
Return the completed form to our main office in person, by mail, or by email.
Processing Time
Transcript requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Rush requests may be available for an additional fee. Please contact the office for urgent requests.
