At MCCS, we believe education extends beyond the classroom. Our clubs and organizations provide students with opportunities to explore interests, develop leadership skills, and serve their community in meaningful ways.

National Honor Society

Recognizing outstanding high school students who demonstrate excellence in scholarship, leadership, service, and character.
Friday Club Time
3rd-12th Grade
Weekly club activities offering students a variety of enrichment opportunities. Clubs rotate and include: Dramatic Society, Book Club, Crochet, Legos, Spirit Club, Soccer, Creative Writing, Geography, Yearbook/Photography, Sports & Conditioning, Worship Band, Expedition Bible, Real World Real Word, and Book Buddies.
Service & Outreach
Service is at the heart of our mission. Students at all grade levels participate in projects that make a difference in our community and around the world.
Senior Mission Trips
Seniors participate in required mission trips, working with organizations like Samaritan's Purse to serve communities in need. Past trips have included disaster relief and construction projects.
Community Service Days
High school students regularly volunteer at local organizations like Samaritan's Kitchen and Hope Ministries, giving back to the community.
Veteran's Day Program
Our school honors veterans with special programs and presentations, teaching students to appreciate those who have served our country.
Student Achievements
Patriot's Pen Essay Contest: MCCS students have won 2nd and 3rd place in the county-wide VFW essay contest.
Workforce Development: Our 12th grade Consumer Math class participated in the Wilkes Workforce Development Summit, networking with business leaders and community partners.
