Transcript Request Form Policy
Students/Parents who wish to receive a transcript from Millers Creek Christian School need to have all fees, tuition, and payments owed to MCCS current and in good standing with the school. Students/Parents will also need to follow the guidelines detailed below in order for MCCS to process their request for a transcript.
- Students/Parents must complete the Transcript Request Form, print it off, and return it to the main office at MCCS.
- Students/Parents should expect that this process will take between 2-3 business days.
- Students/Parents should follow-up on their request for a transcript after the third business day.
