Four years ago, I moved to North Carolina from Indiana. I graduated with a teaching degree from Ball State University and taught public school for sixteen years before moving here. This is my fourth year at MCCS. I love teaching middle school! My husband, Todd, and I have two grown children, and we live in Boomer.

Asia Walker | Math Teacher    [email protected]

Hi, my name is Asia Walker and I am so excited to be apart of such an amazing body of staff and students. I will be teaching middle school math!  A little background about me, I graduated from the Wilkes Early college high school taking a detour and joining the army right after graduation. I then obtained my bachelor's degree at UNCG. I am a wife and a mother of two precious little boys that are students here. I love to sing in my church choir and workout at the gym when I can find the time. I look forward to getting to know you all!
