Summer Camp Enrollment Information

If you wish to enroll your child in our Summer Camp Program, please complete our online form for enrollment and fill out the forms below the enrollment button and return them to the office:  Travel and Release (not for preschool students), Authorization for Medical Treatment, Release and Hold Harmless, Consent to Administer Medicine, Consent to Administer Sunscreen and Summer Camp Reminders. Our calendar for Summer Camp events is subject to change.  Camp is to be paid in full by June 1st.    If you have any questions, please contact the school office at 336-838-2517.
