​High School Classroom Teacher
 
MCCS is looking for a high school teacher that is Christ-centered and offers the opportunity for students to receive a superior education academically, spiritually and socially in a structured, positive environment. 
 
Teacher daily duties include:
  • Developing lesson plans
  • Meeting the individual needs of the children
  • Participation in staff and training meetings
  • Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning
  • Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child's age and developmental level
  • Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills
  • Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff
  • Building teamwork
 
The classroom teacher will be expected to use valid teaching techniques to achieve curriculum goals, to integrate Biblical principles throughout the curriculum, and to role model a consistent daily walk with Jesus Christ.
 
All MCCS staff must meet or work towards all ACSI certification requirements.
